Exchanges: Build and manage relations with the Korean exchanges. Ensure that the Avail team is updated and complies with the legal landscape of Korean regulations.
Marketing & Communities: Develop a localised marketing strategy for increasing the Avail Project brand amongst Developers and Retail audiences increasing token demand. Manage and moderate local online communities, such as Telegram and Twitter channels. Translate assets into Korean language. Co-ordinate with 3rd party agencies for PR and media activities. Organize local events, meet-ups, podcasts and AMAs promoting the Avail brand. Create marketing partnerships to boost the Avail brand.
Partnership: Develop lists of Korean web3 companies that the all internal teams can use. Provide native language cold outreach and follow ups to potential partners, as well as foster those relationships as the face of Avail in the region. Highlight potential partners to the wider business team to ensure a coordinated approach to partnerships. Help keep track in the Partnership trackers of any projects we’re in touch/working with. Help provide a tailored partnership approach
Requirements:
Deep understanding and enthusiasm for blockchain technology and cryptocurrency, with relevant web3 experience
Understanding of local regulations and extensive experience in social media and community management, familiar with platforms like Telegram, X, discord, etc.
Should be able to take initiative in leading conversations and identifying next steps, anticipating future roadblocks to keep things moving
Should have the ability to take challenges and be solution oriented.
