Responsibilities:
  • Develop PoCs, prototypes, as well as more polished projects depending on need
  • Advocate for the team’s technical direction and carry out technical discovery and exploration aimed at achieving business goals and milestones
  • Collaborate on development proposals and create and document technical designs and architecture for team projects
  • Interface with outside contributors, partners, customers, and outsourced development shops as needed to move projects forward and ensure
  • Review output, assist, and mentor more junior engineers in the team
  • Contribute to the team’s culture and processes to improve team output and working environment

Skills Required :
  • Deep knowledge of all aspects of blockchain design and development
  • Experience with writing smart contracts and interfaces for protocol development, particularly intents related protocols
