Responsibilities
  • Create comprehensive technical documentation, including user guides, developer tutorials, and API documentation for software engineers
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather the necessary information for accurate and effective documentation
  • Develop external content tailored to diverse audiences, such as blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and interactive developer guides
  • Review, test, and edit documents created by others to ensure they have clarity, consistency, and are up to date
  • Plan and manage complex documentation projects, overseeing information architecture and organization
  • Enhance developer documentation with relevant sample code to aid understanding and implementation

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a technical writer, possessing a personal style guide and a strong portfolio of writing samples
  • At least 1 year of experience with blockchain technology
  • Preferably at least a Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science
  • Expertise in using Github and Markdown for documentation
  • Familiarity with static site generators such as Docusaurus, Gitbook, and Read The Docs
  • Experience with project management tools like Jira and Linear
  • Ability to read, understand, and work with source code written in JavaScript, TypeScript, Golang, Rust, and Solidity
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and React Native
  • Comfortable working in a UNIX environment and collaborating closely with software engineers on a daily basis
  • Full proficiency in the English language, with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently on highly technical projects
